At Swish Drape, we approach returns with the same care and consideration we apply to our sustainable fashion collections. We want you to love every conscious wardrobe essential you purchase from us.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Sustainable Note: To minimize our environmental impact, we encourage exchanges over returns whenever possible. Each return shipment generates carbon emissions we’d prefer to avoid.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Personalized or custom-made garments
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange. You may use the template below:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Dear Swish Drape Team,

I would like to request a return/exchange for my order #[Your Order Number].

Item(s) for return: [Product Name, Size, Color]
Reason: [Please specify]

For exchanges, my preferred replacement item is: [Product Name, Size, Color] if available.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage items securely in their original packaging. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your return package to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your original payment method will be credited
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  2. You’ll receive tracking information via email
  3. If the new item has a higher price, you’ll pay the difference
  4. If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Our Sustainable Commitment: Returned items in perfect condition will be restocked. Items with minor flaws will be donated to our partner organizations supporting women in need.
